in his Yoga group. We had a blast at the inauguration. The most embarrassing and humiliating time in modern American
history is over!

We had a splendid evening at the Waterfront Temple Dec. 6th. Nadia and Terra were wonderful
hosts, and good fun was had by all. I gave a lecture on Tonic Herbalism and then we cranked out the elixirs!

Fest was a blast! My blessed friend Melissa Mango gifted me the opportunity to attend this festival honoring the seed children
of a new race. The Sedona site attracted new creations of health from way ahead of the curve. I heard some of the most enlightening
wisdom ever! Folks, if you're concerned about the future of life on our planet, then you would be encouraged to see and
hear about the many new technologies and superfoods arriving (just in time) to help us sustain our adaptability
to navigate the coming changes.

Rehmannia is herbalist now at Euphoria Loves Rawvolution Cafe
Euphoria loves Rawvolution Cafe in Santa Monica, CA. has taken Rehmannia on as their house herbalist. They
feature Shamanshack's Winter protein drink and ChakraTonic tea formulas. The 3rd Chakra Tea is especially
good for the raw foodist to help warm the stomach and dry the spleen.
Rehmannia is available there on Tuesdays
& Thursdays 7pm - 10:00pm for consultations. Also, every Thursday in December, Rehmannia will conduct informal
group discussions on the benefits of Chinese tonic herbs for the raw food diet.
